International Delivery 

Why your ID is essential? 

To make sure that there is no hindrance in the customs clearance process, we require a copy of your National ID. Kindly sent it to us at contact@nufsh.com

It’s essential that your name should be identical on your ID as mentioned in your order details. Also, we will keep this information restored until the validity of the provided ID is expired. 

Warranty in case of International Orders  

In case of any faulty or damaged order delivery, please ensure to return the same within 14 days of receiving the order and we’ll initiate the refund immediately. 

Also, make sure to follow the provided safety measures, we will not be responsible for any damage caused due to the negligence of the same at your end. 

Return Procedure for an International Buyer 

If you are an international customer and wish to return your received order, kindly fill out the form attached with the package and send it back to us through any postal service. 

Please note that you will have to bear the postal charges for the same, so mark your package as “Returned Items” to avoid additional duty charges. 

To track your parcel, take the tracking ID or shipping details from the postal service and keep it for any future reference too. 

In the case of international orders, the return process can take up to 25 to 28 working days for us to receive the shipment. Once we receive the returned package, we will initiate the refund. 

The refunded amount would be sent back to your card or Nufsh wallet depending on your selection of payment method while opting for return. 

Customs & Import Duties for International Orders 

In the case of international orders, there will be separate customs and import duties which is applied once the shipment reaches the destination country. 

The charges may vary depending on the country and the package; since we do not have any control over it, the customs and import duties will be borne by you only. 

Please note that in case you refuse to take delivery or wish to return it, you have to bear the customs and import duty charge in that case too as the courier service would have already paid it on your behalf. 

To smoothly process the customs clearance, our courier partner might ask you for certain documents like National ID, Tax ID or NOC depending on your order and the destination country. It is advised that you find out about these important things required for customs clearance beforehand. 

Our International Shipping Details 

Nufsh is so happy to announce that we deliver internationally too and makes our brand accessible to all. 

For international shipment, the minimum order value should be USD 150, and there is no shipping charge for the same. For orders below USD 150, the shipping cost of USD 15 is applicable. 

Shipping charge may vary from country to country, and the same will be available while checking out. 

After placing the order successfully, you will receive a confirmation mail from our end.

Is it possible to place an order outside the GCC? 

Yes, it is entirely possible to place an order outside the GCC as we deliver internationally too. 

Visit Nufsh.com and select your favorites from the varied range, pick your size and select “Add to cart”. 

If you wish to shop more, select “Continue shopping” or select “Proceed to safe checkout”. 

If you are an existing user, enter your login details to complete your order. And if you are a new user, signup by entering your relevant contact and address details. 

After this, select your delivery address to proceed and choose any of the given payment methods to complete your order successfully.

How to receive same day or next day delivery in UAE? 

Our delivery service is quick and hassle-free. Once you successfully place the order, you can expect the delivery within the same day or maximum two working days. 

For customers based in Dubai and Sharjah, they can expect the same day delivery for the orders placed before 9 AM.  

For the rest of the Emirates, the customers can expect the delivery on the next day for the orders placed before 9 AM. 

The payments made through credit card or debit card can expect the faster delivery than any other payment modes due to less time spent for the screening of the order. Please note that there can be exceptional cases where transactions require clearance from our Payment Security Review System.

What if you don’t receive your order under the given delivery time frame? 

With most of our products, we provide delivery estimates depending on the destination location and courier partner services. 

To receive your delivery in a given time frame, you must provide us with correct address details including a famous landmark, working mobile or landline number and other relevant information. 

But still, there can be certain circumstances where our courier partner might not be able to reach you within the given time frame. Kindly cooperate with us in such cases, and we request you to reach out to Nufsh via a call on 8888-8888 or email us at support@nufsh.com

What after your order is shipped?

Shipping & Charges 

In case you receive damaged product at the time of delivery. 

The brand takes utmost care in packaging and delivery of the products. But if any case, the product you received is damaged or faulty, kindly reach out to us via a call on 8888-8888 or write us at support@nufsh.com

In case you don’t wish to receive your ordered package. 

Before the shipment is out from our end, you can cancel your order anytime. But once the shipment is out from the warehouse, it’s not possible to cancel the placed order. 

Only after you receive the delivery, you can place the return request. Once you cancel your order, the same amount as of your returned products will be reflected in your Nufsh wallet. You can check the same by logging into your account.

What are the shipping charges for any order and how it varies from country to country? 

Depending on the destination country, the shipping charges may vary to provide you the hassle-free order delivery. 

UAE – If the order amount is less than 100 AED, the shipping charge of 15 AED will be applied to your order. 

KSA – If the order amount is less than 150 SAR, the shipping charge of 25 SAR will be applied to your order.  

GCC – If the order amount is less than 40 USD, the shipping cost of 10 USD will be charged to the placed order. 

All other countries – For the rest of the world, if the order amount is below than 150 USD, the shipping cost of 10 USD will be applied. 

Also, note that you can use Nufsh wallet only to pay for the products, our courier partner collects the shipping charges and COD amount. 

What are the extra charges on selecting Cash on Delivery option? 

UAE – For UAE customers, the additional COD fee of 10 AED would be applied on selecting Cash on Delivery as the payment mode. 

KSA – The COD fee of 25 SAR would be applied for the customers in KSA if they opt for Cash on Delivery payment option. 

GCC – For all other GCC countries, the COD fee of 10 USD will be applied in case of selecting Cash on Delivery. 

Please note that the COD fee is only applied for the orders where you choose cash on delivery as the payment option. This is because the brand is supposed to pay the extra costs to the delivery partner against all cash on delivery orders. 

If you choose any other payment mode apart from cash on delivery, you will not have to pay any additional charges.
