If in any case you are not satisfied with your purchase with Nufsh and want to return the product you bought, kindly check the below mentioned terms and conditions of our Return Policy to get the job done at the easiest.
Returned items must be in terms with our return policy to proceed further. Kindly go through the below mentioned terms while going for a return –
- The return is only applicable for the 14 days from the date of delivery. So, make sure to contact us within this time frame.
- While returning products, ensure that they are unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all the original tags and packaging intact.
For footwear and other accessories, make sure to return them with original boxes and bags, and kept inside a safe external box for the shipping purpose.
- Do not spoil the soles of the footwear or ruin the box while trying on the products.
- If the product is delivered with an attached safety tag or any brand tag, please return it with the same.
- For Beauty and cosmetic products, please ensure to not open the seal and return them unused.
- Hosiery, lingerie, and swim-wear products are not available for return in any circumstances.
- Please return the jewelry items in the same condition as they were delivered, along with all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

After the successful return of the purchased item, you will receive the refund in the same payment mode you bought it, excluding the delivery charges. You can also track the return of your order by using the tracking number mentioned on your Return Label or you can also see the status in ‘Orders & Returns’ under My Account. Or it would be best if you select Nufsh.com credit for the refund, so that in future when you shop, you don’t have to bother your credit/debit card.
We put a significant emphasis on the packaging of the product, but in any case, if you are not happy with the packaging of the delivered product or it doesn’t really match the said description on website, please contact our Support Team at the earliest.
